House of Curiosity Pty Ltd ABN 53 685 622 922 (“House of Curiosity”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online platform and marketplace showcasing and selling artwork, offering curation services, exhibitions, and related creative experiences (“Services”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and Services (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • You/Your/User: Any person accessing, browsing, or using the Site or Services.
  • Artwork: Original works, prints, editions, or creative products available through House of Curiosity.
  • Services: Includes online gallery sales, curation services, exhibitions, consultancy, and related offerings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
  • If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch of Artwork or delivery of Services.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order prior to dispatch.

4. Accuracy of Information

  • We endeavour to ensure all information is accurate; however, artwork images and colours may vary slightly from the physical piece.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery fees and timeframes vary based on destination and artwork type.
  • Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

6. Use of Site

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • You must not use automated systems to extract data without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site is owned by House of Curiosity or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and Services are provided 'as is' without warranties.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify House of Curiosity against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
