Shipping & Returns Policy – House of Curiosity

House of Curiosity is committed to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and that your experience with us is thoughtful and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Locations

  • House of Curiosity currently ships within Australia only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large, fragile, or unique works.
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Dispatch Timeframes

  • Original artworks and limited editions are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days.
  • Commissioned or custom works will be dispatched according to the agreed production timeline.

4. Packaging & Care

  • All artworks are professionally packed using appropriate protective materials.
  • For high-value or delicate works, specialist art couriers may be used.

5. Delivery & Risk

  • Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are correct. House of Curiosity is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

6. Returns & Exchanges – Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of original and one-of-a-kind artworks, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We encourage collectors to review all artwork details carefully prior to purchase.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, photographs of the artwork and packaging, and a description of the issue.
  • Where appropriate, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Original artworks

  • Commissioned or custom-made works
  • Sale or discounted items

9. Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
